This is a unique private room on the San Marcos River! We are right next to a beautiful river, a huge park, and Interstate 35. Be prepared for adventure and some river time! You will have a private room with your own entrance.  The riverfront area is totally available to you for a swim, spend some time in the hammock, or just to dip your toes in and relax. We are also adjacent to a park with a mile long trail and plenty of green space that is perfect for hanging out!
