Albert B. Alkek Library is the most important information resource of the Texas State University community. The mission of the library is to help patrons succeed by providing high quality library services and information in a variety of formats to support the university's teaching and research programs.
The Alkek library is open to the public. Computers are available to use in the library on the main (2nd floor) to access resources such as the library catalog, databases for finding articles, and the web. You can also bring your own laptop in and access the wifi, but databases are only available on library visitor computers.
